I’ve learnt a lot about humility in the last couple of years but some days it’s OK to pat yourself on the back. Today is one of those days. I’ve just been to Fox Brothers to inspect my first bespoke fabric. To go from having literally no knowledge of how clothes were made, to designing your own fabric and having it woven by one of the world’s most celebrated mills in less than 10 months has made me sweat.
I’m taking a moment to feel good about myself, secure in the knowledge that I’ll probably make an almighty fuck-up tomorrow.
