RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your order you are entitled to return it within 14 days in exchange for a full refund or store credit.
YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS OF YOUR INTENTION TO RETURN ANY ITEMS.
All returns must be agreed in advance. We regret that the delivery costs incurred in returning any items to Blake will not be refunded, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods.
Custom ItemsIf you place an order for a custom item, we regret that you will be unable to cancel the order. We are also unable to accept returns of custom items.
Incorrect, Broken and/or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is broken, faulty, deficient of items shown on the delivery note, or fails to match the items you ordered, we will replace this item free of charge if it is in stock or refund you the value of your order if not. Please contact us within 5 working days of receipt using the returns form opposite.
Unless we receive notification within 5 working days, you will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.
RefundsAny refunds will be given via your original payment method. Refunds usually show within 72 hours of processing, although some card providers can take a little longer.
To return an item, please fill out the form below, quoting your name and Order ID - you can find this on the delivery invoice or your order/shipping confirmation emails.

Please use a traceable method when returning your item as we cannot accept liability if something is lost in transit and fails to reach us.
